There are some days I feel like I am an Instagram addict. I’ll casually scroll through my feed while sitting in waiting rooms, riding in the car, or while watching Dancing with the Stars, and like every single photo I see. I love to love Instagrams. Sometimes I even get so excited to #doubletap, I wonder after the fact if I even should have “liked” it.
I never know whether or not to double tap instagrams of injuries. Sorry you’re hurt, but… 💜

I’ve learned to appreciate a really nice looking Instagram feed. I think it takes a little more effort, a little more time, and I think doing so can really benefit an Instagrammer.
This fellow Atlantan has a perfect mix of pups, fashion, and everyday life. Scrolling through her photos, they flow together so well.
Amber has managed to make her IG feel very real and in the moment while still being visually appealing. I feel like that’s quite a difficult balance to achieve, and she appears to have done it almost effortlessly.
Hillary’s Instagrams are full of color, and nicely styled, while still remaining genuine. Basically, a breath of fresh air.
It’s just so pretty. Everything is so pretty. It’s obvious, scrolling through her feed, that Kerri has recently been putting thought into her photos, and if you ask me, it’ll pay off. People like pretty things in their feeds.
She may be a friend of mine (and yes, that is Twilight you see in the top left), but Megan has earned the “favorite” title. She’s a little picky about what she will post on IG, but that’s a good thing — she’s not going to clog your feed with pictures that don’t look amazing.
While everyone (including me) in blog land may be digging white space, Sarah sticks to what she obviously loves: color. Whether they’re styled or not, Sarah’s Instagrams have a tendency to give me a serious case of “I wish I was there” syndrome. Her captions are often times even better than her pictures. But I’m not going to show you. You’ll have to go see for yourself.
I’m not a mom (obviously) and I don’t own a Simplified Planner, but Emily has made her ‘grams relatable and appealing. Even her “messy house” pictures look pretty.
Hello, gorgeous, high-quality photos! V is a fellow Atlanta blogger as well, and I’m equally impressed with her at-home, in-town, and travel photos. Seriously. She’s a good snapchat to follow too. Oh… And her adorable dog helps, too.
Really, I could stare at pictures of makeup all day, especially with how well Kallie has styled them!
This is probably no surprise to you, but Whitney has Insta down to an art. How can I not love it?!
Who are some of your favorites to follow? Let me know in the comments!
You’re engaged! How did you and your fiance meet?
We actually dated when we were kids (13 yrs old-ish) but for a very brief time. And although it was brief, it did something to me. For years and years I always thought about him, wondered what he was up to, and then of course Facebook came along and changed the game. We reconnected and the rest is history!
What is the best thing about being on YouTube?
Oh but there’s so many! Creating, learning about myself and stepping outside of my comfort zone and the community. I started it to help get over fears and battle some of my anxiety. But then it re-sparked my creative side (sitting at a desk punching numbers for 40hrs a week will kill anyone’s creativity!) There’s something different about the YT community from the blogging world, I don’t know how to explain it other than saying it’s like a tighter family. Something about videoing yourself, being so raw in front of the world, rather than just writing, it just seems like since it’s a scarier thing we kinda have each other’s back more.
What is your #1 holy grail beauty product (if you can pick just one…)?
Eek! Well, I think I can break it down to just one and I’m soley basing this off of what I’ve used in my life the longest. And that’s… baby lotion. Whaaat? I know you were probably expecting something makeup, but that’s way too hard! I’ve legit used baby lotion for at least 10 years now and it’s my favorite thing ever for my skin. I’ve had so many people over the years ask me how my skin is so soft… baby lotion yo!
