In honor of Tim’s birthday yesterday, I asked him some questions about makeup. I saw this on Whitney’s blog and it looked like fun! I don’t think he did too terribly!
Bronzer: It darkens the cheekbones
Blush: It reddens the cheeks
Mascara: That’s to make your eyelashes more bigger and luscious.
Eyeliner: It outlines the eyelashes on the eyelids.
Strobing: I have no clue. Is that when you do the dots on your forehead before you mix them all together?
Eye shadow: It shades in the remainder of the eyelid.
Powder: It goes on your face somewhere.
Foundation: That goes underneath everything. It’s like the basis.
Concealer: I don’t know what that conceals, but it’s definitely hiding something. Maybe blemishes?
Highlighter: Uhh… The part that makes certain parts of your skin lighter so you can have cheekbones and whatnot?
Setting spray: That’s the varnish that you put on at the end to keep everything from falling off and getting smudged.
Contouring: I don’t know what it is exactly, but I know it’s when you do stuff with your cheekbones to make them look more cheeky.
Primer: You put that on underneath to make sure everything sticks.
Lip liner: You put it on outside the lipstick to make a border where your mouth begins and your skin ends.
Brow pencil: You can make up for whatever God didn’t give you in terms of eyebrow depth, size, and color.
Serum: That’s like a medical term! Do you inject it?
Cleanser: Well that’s to get everything off. #twss
Micellar water: A drink that you drink that gives you better makeup abilities.
Toner: That’s if you need to print more pages. I mean, if you have a laser printer. I don’t know, makes your face look buff.
Was this hard? Half of it was.
Why? I don’t know what things are all the time because I am human and subject to imperfections.
How do you think he did?
